Terrible WiFi

My WiFi has just gone to pot the last few days. Sky blatantly lie saying I'm getting 152mbps which when testing with Google on WiFi I get less than 100mbp which is less than the supposed guaranteed speed. Tried multiple times and ways to get an engineer out (I have a degree in computer science) I'm no amateur when it comes to technology, however despite numerous efforts to change settings, channels and frequencies it's still AWFUL. 

what happened to Sky sending a good old fashioned engineer out to fix problems rather than fob you off with how to guides which clearly aren't working.

@RM1210 Do i take it that you have the FF150 speed package from sky?

That is correct yes. Day 3 of it being an absolute nightmare but Sky have recognised the problem.. they are sending me a new mini box.. 🙄
