Terrible WiFi

I moved from BT to Sky not long before Christmas. Since swapping over, the WiFi signal around the house has been terrible. I regularly work from home & I'm often dropping out of calls - it's infuriating! I have followed the various troubleshooting suggestions but it's made no difference. I'm getting so fed up with not being able to actually report this problem to Sky!! Ridiculous! I really want to leave & go back to a reliable provider but I can't find any way to actually speak to someone that isn't AI!
