In Sky's recommendation I changed my router with guaranteed cover throughout the house. The reality is that the new router is rubbish. A dreadful deterioration in quality. I've tried to rectify this with Sky, but their automated customer service is shockingly bad.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@GT6 have you bought Sky;s WiFi Max package? If so they will supply extenders to improve speeds but you will have to persevere with their phone system to getthrough to an agent, dont accept offers of texts etc and you should be put through.
