Terrible Wi-fi

I am very disappointed with the quality of your internet service. The speed is often so low that I can’t even watch videos or browse properly. The Wi-Fi signal disappears just 5 meters away from the router.

I upgraded my plan hoping for better speed, but nothing has improved — you’re charging me more, yet the service remains terrible. I am extremely dissatisfied with your service.

Please look into this issue as soon as possible.

@Nick223 You are aware that posting on the Forum is a cust helps cust and not talking to sky. You need to call and raise this with them!
