Terrible Internet connection

For the past couple of days my Internet keeps cutting out, being incredibly slow and some times will just not have any Internet for a few hours. I keep trying the service checker it says I have a problem but when I click fix my problem it tells me there are no problems I've had an engineer out last week and all he did was change the connection and it's not helped at all

@Amythestpanda With an existing problem that has not been solved you have no choice but to call sky again and seek further work!
