Terribke internet

I've done an online test of our broadband and it says that everything is working as it should. However. The picture on our TV is incredibly poor and keeps freezing/pausing every thirty seconds. Also, the Internet speed on my phone and my wife's is incredibly slow and fails to load most of the time.
