Do you mean yout TV will not connect to your wifi, if so what is happening when you try to connect it ?

@Lynn149  You'll need to provide more details as it's not clear what the actual issue is or what it has to do with broadband?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
