Television connection

After the recent connection acknowledge by Sky I am still having to reset the system using the WPS button.

Cannot message Sky either.

Is anybody having the same problem?

@SM44 Do sky even have a message service for your tv or tv box style problem? Is it not a case off calling or is there anything in the TV Forum section that is the same!
