@Essex62  Your post has been moved from the stream board as this is not a Sky stream puck related issue.  Your duplicat post also on the stream board has been removed as you don't need to raise this twice.

If you've ordered Sky Broadband then installation of the appropriate circuit is part of the process.  Neither the national network maintainer or any ISP installs internal extensions.

 

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.
