Technical help with Broadband
I joined your broadband on 14 October 2024. Since then I have had the following issues:
1. The phone line is not connecting to the phone
2. My HP Deskjet 3762 printer is not connecting to the broadband
3. My TP-link USB download speeds on my desktop computer run between 10 and 40 most of the time. It is producing problems for me as my Zoom and Teams meetings keep buffering. The Sky booster is next to my desktop computer
4. Do you have a booster with an ethernet connection? The current booster I have is only wireless and has no ethernet connection. Previously I was with BT and the booster was with an ethernet connection and it gave me very good speeds

Is the phone handset plugged into the rear of the Sky Hub?

For a white Sky Max Hub you'll probably need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub administration settings in the My Sky app.

Boosters are intended to be halfway between source and client.
4. Do you have a booster with an ethernet connection?
Q Boosters, v1 Sky Broadband Boosters and Max pods have an ethernet port, but this was left off the v2 Sky Broadband Booster. Unfortunately there's no choice in whether to receive a v1 or v2.
