Teams calls freezing

Recently moved to Sky from BT and I am now having real difficulty using Teams.  The program keeps freezing which never happened before.  I've tried via two ethernet cables and using the booster but the problem keeps occuring.

Hi, Could I get access to the last private chat as it had a link for me to do some more testing.  I have not had the opportunity to run all the tests suggested and the problem has not been resolved.
