Taking ages

When I go to turn on my Sky Q I just get the circle going round and round it never loads the router/hub what ever you call it is 2ft from the box on the wall and im meant to have supernatural broadband speed Done speed checks and sky say its good but they will say that Gary

@parrot111 Have you just had a Full Fibre upgrade to your system and a new ONT Installed? If so did you also have the sky Hub replaced at that time, see the link below and say what hub you have from the pictures that you see!.

None of them

It's a box bout 4" square and 1/2" deep

@parrot111 That you are describing is the ONT that is fitted by Openreach to give you a connection to the Full Fibre, the link is to what sky hub you have installed and connected to the ONT! If you have no Sky Hub fitted then you are using your own!
