Takes time to open webpages

Hi, 
I moved to Sky a few weeks ago for their offer of much faster broadband. However, I’ve noticed that since the move, it takes a while to open webpages. Everything used to be instant, but now the loading icon spins for some time before the page appears. Is this normal with Sky, or is there something I need to configure on my laptop? I don't seem to have the same issue with my phone.

Does your laptop have a good wifi signal ?

Does it happen if you are right near to your broadband hub ?

Hi , 

Yes, my laptop shows a strong Wi-Fi signal all over the house. Even when I'm in the room with Broadbound and while next to it, the  timing  to open a webpage varies from 5- 10 seconds.
