TVs won’t work

Engineer came yesterday to connect our fibre from the outside now our televisions don't work

@Sarahwwww Were the TV's connected to the sky Hub before the ONT was installed for Full Fibre, the same hub connected although it may possibly move, as long as the wireless wifi reaches them there is no change!
