TV problem

Every Night my broadband goes down and I can't get any Apps. The TV programs are fine but that's all.. All my other internet connections are good.

I get a message saying 

It looks like you do not have internet connection 

but when I go to setting it say I'm connected

@Bob06 cgeck the lights on your Sky hub to se if it has lost connection see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start 

 

If this happens evry night have you or somebody else set up a schedule fir your device? You dont mention what `tV system you use but Sky Q or Freeview will still receive linear TV channels without an internet connection.

The lights on my router stay on and my Q box is connected to the router by cable. It's funny but this has happened ever since they laid fibre in our close.

Will see what happens for the next few weeks

i also check my broadband with sky and they don't see any faults.
