TV doesn’t connect

My phone and laptop are connected and tests show that broadband is ok but tv doesn't connect

@AnnaDem As you Broadband is all working fine as you suspect that, then the questions are has the TV every worked as a connected device to the sky hub, would be good if you also said HOW that TV is connecting by which method?

The TV has never been connected to the hub before. I've just got Sky. So the devices in the hose are ok. But the TV  says unable to connect to network

@AnnaDem Have a look at the two helps below! If you have the white sky Max hub then start with the first one, and Advanced Wireless settings for WPA3-T, especially if you are trying to wireless connect that TV!
