TV box will not connect

Last night internet connection with my tv stopped. I have tried for some time to reconnect but it will not happen. I have turned off for 5 minutes and gone through the connection instructions several times. No joy

@Jason184 if other devuces are connecting normally there is little you can do beyond rebooting the hub and your streaming device. If you have a Sky Stream puck call Sky if still stuck as they should replaceca faulty puck.

@Jason184  WHich TV Box do you have as Sky have 3 different types:

 

Sky+HD, Sky Q and Sky Stream

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
