TV & Broadband order keeps getting cancelled

Good afternoon,

 

My Sky TV & Broadband order keeps on getting cancelled for seemingly no apparent reason. Has anyone had experience with this / knows how to workaround it? It happens around 10/15 mins after the order has been placed. 

 

The chap from Sky who we've been chatting with is stumped. I've called the bank to make sure there's no issues that end, to which there's not and no issues with credit checks etc. 

 

Does anyone have any idea what's going on? Thank you!

There will be an underlying issue that the agent hasn't spotted or checked out and is trying to be reordered by the again rather that working the issue correctly 

with the order failing you will be contacted once the relevant team picks up the task created by the first failed order - usually the next working day and if needed an outbound call to you the day after

Are you ordering a Sky Glass television on credit terms?
