TERRIBLE! I DON'T HAVE WIFI FOR 3 WEEKS!

This is a joke! Terrible costumer service, terrible broadband! I don't have wifi for the past 3 weeks and they keep canceling the engineers visits! I still have to pay for the wifi that I havent used!

 

Can someone help me with this! Next step is a complaint! 

 

SKY IS GETTING WORST BY THE MINUT!
