Switching to another broadband
I want to switch to another broadband company, should I remind you 14 days before? Do I have any other contracts that's due in?

This is a public forum, nobody can tell you what your contract state is, you'll need to check it in your account.
As for switching, you need to tell your new ISP you want to switch, they should contact Sky on your behalf.
