Switching broadband
My BT broadband contract is not up for renewal nor is it near the end of the contrcat. Will Sky stull switch me over. How will I know if this had happended? I feel I am going to ve charged for 2 broadbands going forward.

@j3mMaD33 You can get £100 credit for switching, but that is the maximum amount. More information in the link below.

@j3mMaD33 switching from BT to Sky should be a seamless switch assuming you contacted Sky and they are handling the switch which includes cancelling your BT supply on the day of the switch. Things can go wrong if the customer cancels with their current supplier and then orders from another isp but otherwise its routine.

Be aware that the Sky Switch Credit will only cover a maximum of three or four months of the penalty fee which BT will charge you for early contract exit, and that you have to pay this fee in full and up front to BT before receiving an account credit from Sky.
