Switch
I received an email saying that I submitted a request to switch the broandband, but I didn't do it, someone else probably made the request for me and I don't recognize it

If the email was from Sky then you need to get in contact with them as soon as you can about this as it might be that someone somewhere made an error hence it coming through to you.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
