Hi all, first of all I'd like to apologise for my complete ignorance of how this all works.
Long story short, cancelled my current internet provider, made new account with Sky. I didn't realise I could just do a simple switch with Sky and they'd take over all the sorting out and ensure all went smoothly. (current provider didn't give out that info, nor tell me when my contract was out)
Anyway, dates have been set, to install a new line, which I actually may not need. Can I ask Sky to change my new order to a switch order, if so how do I contact them? Can I find out it they can use existing line? Current provider asking for a "cease" fee even though I'm no longer in contract with them . Any help greatly received 🙂
