Switch from BT

I switched from BT copper to Sky Fibre but the companies didn't tell each other. I'm seriously out of pocket and need to complain but can't find an email address for sky. Any help appreciated.

With instances like this you might find they blame each other so the most important thing here is to get back any overpayment from Bt.

That lack of communication shouldn't be possible under the 'one-touch-switch' system, so this is what you need to refer to in your complaint.

I went from copper with BT to fibre with Sky.  Sky are saying it's a new installation and no need to contact BT but both sides either way knew and I wasn't informed. I may be wrong, I don't know.
