@Dennis1974
You can call Sky Customer Services (not an engineer) free by dialling 150 from your Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Re: Support phone number for broadband
Sky seem to have gotten wise to this, when I select need more help is just opens a blank page https://www.sky.com/help/home.
Why are they so bad at customer services? I get the need to automated virtual assistants but when these and the online guides don't work it should be easy to contack a human agent!!!

@marko1988 Sky have several thousand customer service agents taking calls from 8am to 9pm 365 days a year. If you call in and dont accept offers of texts etc from the bot you should be put through but with in excess of 11 million UK customers the wait times can be quite long.

Re: Support phone number for broadband
Understand that, so they should either invest in improving the virtual agent service or employ more people in their contact centres. With 11+ million subscribers in the UK, I'm sure their profit margin can take the hit and they would still be making big numbers.

That link works for me and clicking on the 'need more help' provides the usual 0333 number for UK customers.

Re: Support phone number for broadband
You've added to a thread from 18 months ago when the post marked correctly as the answer was applicable.
These are the current methods for contacting Sky (and depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …
🟩 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers. Other official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are normally inclusive from non Sky phones.
All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
🟩 online help via this link
https://www.sky.com/help
If necessary a number may be visible at the end of the correct help flow.
🟩 Sky Assistant 💬 should also be available via
https://www.sky.com/help
for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.
🟩 Social Media You can also get in touch via the messaging services on: Facebook, Instagram, or X (links at the bottom of the forum page).
🟨Note ~ ROI customers If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of the link is showing the correct flag and change if required. The Sky Ireland phone lines are closed at a weekend.

Re: Support phone number for broadband
@MikeyG.Dj The sky support number is NOT allowed to be published on the Forum, by far the easiest is dial 150 from either a connected landline phone or a sky mobile, that gets you to sky once you fight the automated bot!

Not our website. You don't appear to have fully read the reply. We are customers here like you. Also Sky don't use email for general communication.
