Super slow WiFi every day

I am super disappointed with this service. It's been slow since it started and I am supposed to have fast broadband. It's worse than dial up. I have to turn my phone off WiFi to get any internet

just tested it and it was .50 test and the other day it was 15 and 19 this is not what I'm paying for
