@David+wight Where you told by the Engineer that the system was active and did they not connect you up to show you it was working.
Landline is a different issue, it now plugs into the back off the sky hub and may take 24-48hrs before the line becomes functional for dial out and incoming calls, each is a seperate issue so one may work before the other does!
On the new ONT that was fitted, Power and Pon should be solid green and the Lan flashes as the sky hub sends data back and forth...
