Supefast 80 running below guaranteed speed

I’m on the Sky Superfast 80 package, but my broadband speeds are far below what I should be receiving. As shown in the attached speed test screenshot, I’m currently getting around 10 Mbps download and 0.9 Mbps upload, with very high ping and jitter. I’ve already restarted the router and tested on multiple devices, so this doesn’t appear to be a local issue. Please can you investigate why my speeds are so low and advise how this will be fixed, or what my options are if it can’t be resolved thank you for your help.

@Sophie218 dpeed tests run on a device networked using WiFi shows the slowest part of the connection which is often the WiFi connection between the hub and the device. Sky test the speed of the connection to your hub every day you can find this in the Service Checker in the My Sky app and if thst is below the guanateeed spedd for your line it should offer support. With partial fibre services thecspeed a line can support depends onnthe length of tge line from the cabinat.

Hiwever if it is a n issue with WiFi which are very common try testing nearer tge hub as the layout and type of construction of yiur home is what controls WiFi speeds.
