Strength not good upstairs

Good afternoon we are still struggling with connection in the upstairs bedrooms. Can you send out us a booster so we are able to get Wi-Fi in all of our rooms? This is what we first asked for when we purchased a new service

Hi @W4yne

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

If you already have 'Wi-Fi Max' or buy it as an add-on Sky will loan you up to 3 booster pods. Call Sky to arrange the first one.

Additional pods then require an engineer visit to check your set up, https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

Sky will only send you a booster if you have Wifi Max on your account at £6 per month so if you have this on your account then you will need to get in touch with them again about this. If you require a second or third it will mean an engineer visit to install them for you.
