Streaming !!!

So anything I try and stream ... whether Netflix, Prime, I player or Sky itself seems to work for a couple of minutes and then stops & or the router resets ... checking service on App, SKY says all is working but it still says that on App even if ai physically unplug the router (still shows everything green) ... what am I missing ???

@Andy-D99   When you do the service check and it comes back green that is show historical data that was taken. Can you click on broadband when this is happening to see if this picks up the fault. It can be done on mobile data.
