Stream connection issues

Hi I am. Having ongoing issues with my TV service losing connection to WiFi/internet I was sent a pod, which seemed to work but I've rthe last few days the issue has return intermittently Please advise, I was told I could request 2 more pods to improve the WiFi network can we start with that? Thank you

@PaulColtman You have to call sky, publishing or requesting on the Forum will just not do it for you!
