Strange one with account

I ordered sky BB FTTP but i cancelled the installtion during my cooling off period, now i wish to order it again and it wont let me? (Other reasons why i cancelled)

 

Says my address already linked to an account, i log into said accont and i have no way to order?

@ej2095 suspect you would have to call Sky to place an order inability to order online is quite common and usually indicates they need to talk to you before accepting an order.
