Still service dropping in front room.

I messaged about a month ago complaining that the internet was bad in the lounge . Stating I think we needed an extra booster and my questions got a message back saying resolved...

it's certainly not as still

watching a film it buffered about 6 times with long pauses and our phones and switch drops internet.

i don't really want to pay for a service I'm not getting.

@Kay118 If you messaged, and had a response, then it's time to do it all again with sky, there is a stock issue on pods so that may be why, but your individual circumstance is not known on this Public Forum!

 

Hopefully you are aware that it does take a call to sky to get a pod, that is the documented way to do it!
