Still no router

I signed up for full fibre on sept 19th and have had the box installed and landline cut off but I still haven't received a router so I can't use my landline as it can only be plugged into the new router. I have called on many occasions but am told that the router has been lost so matter has been escalated to the networks team and once they pick up the ticket they can send out a router. It's now 26th October. I'm not sure what to do and my elderly mum can only use a landline so it's unsafe to leave her home alone as she can't use her mobile and she is also feeling isolated from the outside world because she can't make or receive calls on her landline I have stated this to sky but I just get told I have to wait. My mum is considering cancelling her contract now.

It is usallybthe best way to break these stupid loops Sky's stystems can grt into.

@Customer6 What sky Hub do you have connected just now? Link below shows the model names and the sky Q/Hub are no good for digital phone connection!
