I reported a problem with my WiFi last week but it still hasn't been resolved

@kennie46  What happended when you reported it, what did Sky say?  Is the fault external?

 

When you say last weekend do you mean Saturday/Sunday gone?  If so the 1st working day would be Monday this week.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
