Still internet issues

Had a sky engineer attend on Monday 2nd June who couldn't find an issue said it could be the account left to check something outside and didn't return. No report left of what was wrong or needed. Still having internet issues around the same time of day 2:30/3pm can someone resolve this ASAP

@Themattytaylor Afraid that you are going to be quicker to do the call to sky and let them know the issue is still not resolved!

@Themattytaylor The Forum only get's you to cutomers like your self, keep quite when they try to re-direct you on the call to the Forum hopefully you then get queued for speaking to one off the CS reps.
