Still having issues

Am I now stuck with Sky contract or can I still cancel? This has been a horrendous experience, the hours spent trying to resolve all issues,, service still dropping and having to use this method of contact to get customer service is far from satisfactory. I work from home and cannot sustain this shambles of a service. Had a case open previously, went to update it to report ongoing issues still remain and case shut without checking all was OK. At the point I just want out, will pay more to go back to BT

Unless Sky acknowledges the problem and sends a letter/email confirming you are able to leave without charges, then you would likely be subject to charges if you cancelled while in contract.
