Still bad internet

I contacted you acouple days ago with issues with the internet not being very good and having little to no internet in the pc room of the house, I was told to wait 10 days for the system to settle. I'm still having exactly the same issues and want them resolved

As we are Sky customers here only who help each other you didn't contact any of us.

 

If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

@Sebastianbarry Where are you with respect to the wait time day's couple off day's to ten are not even close! The Forum is a cust - cust help, so you are not addressing sky when you post on it!
