Starting new contract

Hello! 

 

We had been members with Sky and cancelled as the billing was too expensive with TV included. We have now gone back to Sky just for broadband. It is saying that they need to come and set up everything but all of this has been done as our old contract finishes today. I have created a new account as my father is no longer doing these bills. Is there anyway of just being able to "restart" with all our old boxes?

@ciara12345 Openreach who own the network Sky uses is in somecareas not accepting orders from ISPs for connections using the old copper phone lines and requiring people to switch to full fibre indtead. This does involve running a new line which has the potential to bevfsr faster and reliable.
