Speeds fluctuating all morning…?

Broadband speeds have been fluctuating for a few hours...sometimes zero on independent app speed test sometimes a bit more...but rarely the promised speed. Sky's broadband and Wi-Fi check says there a4e no issues but clearly there are...?

@EwanA  black or white router from Sky? How is the device connected to test the speed connected to the router?
