Speed
Carried out speed test to my phone and devices and speed is only 40.03 even though it's showing on sky app as good. Immhaving to frequently use data on my phone and my fire stick is having difficulty streaming anything

That sounds more likely to be a WiFi issue. What speed to you pay for and do you have anything plugged in via ethernet to test the speed directly? What does the MySky app say under the broadband tab?
