Speed to my Hub

I recently moved to Sky Broadband and signed up for the Full Fibre 300 package. Since joining, my service has been very poor. Apps frequently freeze, my tablet regularly loses its connection, and my Sky Q Mini box freezes and drops out.

I have reset my router several times and contacted Sky on multiple occasions. Depending on who I speak to, I am either told that there is an issue or that no issue can be found.

When I run a service check in the My Sky app, it reports that the speed to my hub is 80 Mbps, my daily average is between 45 and 80 Mbps, and the speed to my home is poor.

Sky arranged for an engineer to visit, but the appointment was cancelled after they carried out remote checks and said they could not detect any issues.

Should my daily average speed be higher than 80 Mbps when I have a guaranteed minimum speed of 200 Mbps to my hub

Re: Speed to my Hub

I see that Sky have now removed my daily average from my My Sky app service checker. By hiding this do they think everything is resolved?
