I have only been a Sky customer for 5-6 weeks and have had a disappointing few weeks with slow connections (below minimum guaranteed speeds) and drop-outs. Today I noticed my average broadband speed as reported by the history function was 32MB/s but had not been updated since 8th November. I've had a case open with Sky almost from the first day of service, should I add this issue to the list or is it a known problem that is affecting not just my account?
