Speed being reported as 80 Mb/s in app

I've had Full Fibre Gigafast for a couple of months. The speed is fine on devices but whenever I go to check in the app it says the connection speed is poor. When it automatically tests the connection speed every day it always says 80.0 Mb/s which is obviously far below expected speed. Is this a problem with my connection or a bug with the app?

Hi @Mamiasma 

If your seeing higher speeds on your devices at home then its very likely to be a bug with app test
