Speak to a human at Sky

I have spent an hour on the phone trying to speak to a human but only get a virtual assistant.  All I want to know is how long I have to cancel Broadband as it isn't in contract now and I have Virgin installing on 20th May

If you completed a one touch switch with virgin they will arrange the cancellation on your behalf and you will be contacted via email

 

if not you will need to persevere and speak to someone at sky and arrange your cancellation

If you do have to ask Sky to cancel

then 14 days notice is required.
