Somethings up

Last night sky wanted  me to reset I have a problem with that as I have a new apple phone and it won't recognise my  e mail  but I still got e mail on my old phone but nothing else there was nothing wrong with wi if or broadband at that point   I sorted  the reset this morning and  after that wi fi won't work    The ap says it has worked after going through all the stages but  my phone still says there is a problem with wi fi and won't connect to any app. Also  in the last few weeks my data seems to be going fast where as before using the phone more it has been building up. I had 31 data last month now it's 21  I am a pensioner  I don't think it's  my lack of skills
