Something wrong with shield access :(

Just checked online and it's fine now at least for me.

@EnglishRuss you have to be logged in using the Sky id linked to the account as only the account holder can change the Shield settings so check you are using the right one. If you are using the correct id simply sign out andd the close the app conpletly and see if re-opening it can help.

If totally stuck give Sky a call as they may need to alter some permissions.
