Re: Someone else has access to my broadband
@Dave1925 what leads you to suspect someone is hacking both your wifi and your devices? The best way to secure your WiFi network is to change the password to something only you know see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password
In practice even with access to a network hackers cannot see traffic from and to devices as it is encrypted. By far the most common hack these days does not involve going yo the trouble. Of hacking networks but instead tricking people to click on a link which loads what is known as a Trojan which works away on your device and can give away your details. If you suspect that may have happened to you if you are able run a sweep of your security software or download an app called Malwarebytes which can find and remove most trojans with a free scan.

should I get the police involved in this matter
If that's related to coercive control, certainly, but 'hacking' is extremely unlikely, and realistically won't get police attention.
I'm not aware of any external method which would permit monitoring television viewing, and interception of internet typically requires hardware.
