Your contract doesn't end next month as it only ends when you have given the required notice to cancel it so all that will happen next month is the discount you have got will come to an end so you will see an increase in what you pay unless Sky agree to give you a new one if you agree to a new 24 month contract.
As we are customers here you will have to call Sky about this.
