Social Media Apps
Good morning troops. This is a slightly odd one, been with Sky bb around a week and since joining I'm having lagging issues with social media apps. Facebook takes about 15-20 seconds to load the discussion, I'm on Sky Max 900 full fiber. My Sky Shield is already disabled. Wife's work laptop is having similar issues

Re: Social Media Apps
@ClubberLang run a speedtest on the devices affected as you can have fast broadband but still have issues where the WiFi speeds in your home are the bottleneck. However bandwidth/speed is only one factor in how fast apps load. Other factors are how fast the app opens on your device, the response time of the server and something thst can slow things down quite a bit is the security softeware you are running.
This can come as a suprise when people expect a major increase in speed from say 80Mb/s to 900Mb/s will make everything lightening fast when in practice it doesn't.
